Think Outside the Bomb (TOTB) is the nation's largest, youth-led nuclear abolition network.Founded in 2005, TOTB has since organized seven national conferences, bringing together hundreds of youth from around the country. In 2010 alone, TOTB hosted an entire year of events around the country, including a 3-month national roadshow, a 10-day action camp, nonviolent protests around the country, and much more.

The seeds for Tiz Media Foundation (TMF) were planted in the late 1970's when a group of Bell Laboratory scientists opened a science center in Plainfield, New Jersey. Award-winning physicist Dr James E. West was part of that group of scientists, and his daughter Melanie served as a tutor at the center. This center inspired in Dr. West and his daughter the vision for a program that would cultivate in urban students, an enthusiasm for learning math and science. MindRap is the result of that vision.MindRap is a workshop series that connects students to STEM by using participatory design, culture, and creativity. Guest speakers and role models are also an important facet of the workshop. Torch Literary Arts works to create advancement opportunities for Black women writers.

The Toxic Taters Coalition is located in the potato-growing areas of central and north central Minnesota. They came together starting in 2005. they have experienced health effects from pesticide drift. They have also seen health effects on animals, both domestic and wild. They are calling attention to this issue in their community, looking for a decrease in pesticide drift into their homes, schools and communities.

Training for Change is a training and capacity building organization for activists and organizers. We believe strong training and group facilitation is vital to movement building for social justice and radical change.Since 1992, we’ve supported groups taking direct action, building strong teams and organizations, and working at the grassroots. We train thousands of people each year in North America, and also internationally, across issues and sectors – from campaign strategy retreats for anti-gentrification community groups, facilitation training for union leaders, to de-escalation skills for immigrant rights groups resisting deportation.

The Trans Asylum Seekers Support Network seeks to free all transgender asylum seekers from ICE detention and work to dismantle the borders and systems that are designed to kill and oppress with acts of radical love and solidarity.

Trans Student Educational Resources is a youth-led organization dedicated to transforming the educational environment for trans and gender nonconforming students through advocacy and empowerment. In addition to our focus on creating a more trans-friendly education system, our mission is to educate the public and teach trans activists how to be effective organizers. We believe that justice for trans and gender nonconforming youth is contingent on an intersectional framework of activism. Ending oppression is a long-term process that can only be achieved through collaborative action.

The Trans Youth Support Network is a partnership of youth and community members working together to support trans youth in Minnesota. We were founded as a community response to a series of incidents of violence targeting young transwomen of color in the Fall of 2004. Today, our work continues to be shaped and directed by trans youth.Through organizing, education, advocacy, and youth leadership development, we seek to address the root cause of injustice and oppression that queer, trans and gender non-conforming youth and youth of color face.

Trans(forming) is an intergenerational metro Atlanta membership-based organization led primarily by and for trans, intersex, and gender non-conforming people of color, assigned female at birth. Through advocacy, education, leadership development, collective action, coalition-building, and direct service, Trans(forming) works to ensure trans GNC communities live with dignity, wellness, and connection for liberation. Truth in Recruitment is a non-profit, student advocacy group based in Santa Barbara, California. We work with students, families, and schools to ensure students understand the consequences of a military career and their alternative options for academic and professional success, to inform parents of their privacy rights, and to create school policies limiting recruiter presence on campuses.

The Twin Cities Free School started by two indigenous women, mothers, and community organizers. Twin Cities Free School is an independent school whose mission is to provide an alternative to traditional schooling. We offer children an opportunity to direct their own learning in an environment that focuses on emotional well-being, democracy, and a reverence for the natural world.

The TTWAC mission is to build a frontline resistance camp that provides skill shares and empowerment to Two Spirit, Trans people and Womxn while taking direct action against the Line 3 pipeline. The Line 3 pipeline is the largest Enbridge project proposed to date. It would transport tar sands oil from Alberta, Canada to Superior, WI, crossing Ojibwe territory as well as hundreds of watersheds. In addition to being the only camp set up and run entirely by TTW identifying folks, this is also the first camp set up directly on the proposed Line 3 pipeline route. Along with the Kinder Morgan pipeline and the Keystone XL pipeline, which are also facing major indigenous led resistance, halting Line 3 will have a major impact on fossil fuel infrastructure. We hope that this frontline resistance camp will leave a legacy telling the story of native and non native women, trans and two spirit folx that shut down a critical piece of fossil fuel structure while healing together and supporting each other.

UNIDOS is a new youth coalition of students from local Tucson high schools, alumni and community members, demanding our educational human rights. UNIDOS was created in response to H.B. 2281, the ban on Ethnic Studies throughout the state of Arizona, and the growing attacks on our education. UNIDOS seeks to protect and expand Ethnic Studies ad promote the values and diversity, justice and equity in our education.
