Moved to respond after swastikas and other anti-Semitic symbols recently were painted on North Eugene High School’s front doors, several dozen Eugene and Springfield residents gathered at the school Saturday to spread a different message.
A crowd of about 50 people listened to speeches and music before visiting neighborhood houses and businesses as part of a “Stop Hate” rally put on by the River Road Community Organization and the Community Alliance of Lane County.
