Resist is turning 50! To celebrate, we are embarking on Resist, Reflect, and Reimagine tour to thank our grantees for making Resist what it is today. We aim to hold space for regional grantees to connect with one another and with local donors while enjoying local food and art.  We will facilitate community dialogue on how Resist can better support the grassroots as we move into our next 50 years.

We are in need of host organizations who can:

• Provide a location that fits tables and chairs for 40-50 people comfortably
• Support Resist in making this an event that maximizes inclusion of local resources, including ideas for caterers, speakers, performers, child-care workers, etc.  We are looking to pay women, Black and Brown, and Indigenous cooperatives, small businesses, and community members for their support of Resist’s 50th anniversary celebration.

The bravery and dedication of the grassroots is what keeps us working to raise funds for justice and liberation.  We can’t wait to connect with you.
